Once you have registered to iR Online, the school can add up to 8 additional logins. Please forward any additional email addresses for accounts using the contact page or email firstname.lastname@example.org stating clearly the lead contact and school name. We will set up the additional accounts and a password will be sent to the email address supplied.
If you have more than 8 teachers using the site, they can still set up and name their own folders despite sharing a login and password.
This does not apply to schools using the 14 day trial, where only one email address per school is permitted.
Once you are logged in as a teacher, select 'My Account'. Under 'Pupil Account details', create a username and password for your pupils. This is the same for all pupils in your school.
Creating a pupil login means the pupil will have access to all your created folders but will NOT be able add to or delete them. For example, if you are subscribed with a Community Licence, the pupils could access a teacher created folder called 'This week’s homework' from home. They would not be able modify/delete resources though!
If a Whole School and Community Licence has been purchased all your pupils have access to the resources from home outside of normal school hours, weekends and during school holidays. A Whole School Licence only permits pupil access during normal school hours and not weekends or school holidays.
Once you are logged in, select the 'Resources' button on the home page. Here you can choose to:
